Trump Organization’s CFO may face charges by the Manhattan district attorney’s office
Former President Donald Trump’s organization and its Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg may face charges in the ongoing probe by the Manhattan district attorney’s office, according to the New York Times.
Attorneys who served under Donald Trump have been informed of the charges being considered for Weisselberg, a top executive at the Trump Organization.
According to the report, Weisselberg and the Trump Organization will be notified of the charges early next week. Lawyers for Donald Trump have met senior prosecutors from the district attorney’s office to prevent criminal charges pressed against the Trump Organization.
It is still unknown whether Trump will be affected by the charges.
