ViaSat threatens to take SpaceX to court if FCC does not stop its Starlink launches

Until FCC gives its final review of the growing mega-constellations and their impact on the environment, ViaSat presses down for them to cease any forthcoming Starlink launches seeing that there have been innumerable of them since the beginning of this year. Many loyal users of SpaceX have come forward in their defense and have tweeted that ViaSat is doing this out of spite because they could not keep up with their competition.

ViaSat has often been criticized for its expensive and not-at-par services. They have appealed to the FCC against their competition and have clearly stated that if FCC does not follow through, Starlink will be taken to the courts.
